About Saji (Matthew) Titus
Saji brings over 25 years of experience in business process improvement, business analysis, business architecture, program management and transformation consulting. He has worked with executives and stakeholders across industries to design and deliver complex solutions that unlock efficiency and drive measurable outcomes.
Over time, Saji saw a recurring challenge: transformation and innovation initiatives often underperform because benefits are poorly defined, measured, or monitored. Too often, governance focuses on producing artefacts that “tick the box,” with outcomes left open to interpretation.This realisation led him to found Zokyo, where AI is used to bring transparency, consistency, and meaningful metrics to business automation.
